What OrchestraFinder is

OrchestraFinder lists professional symphony orchestras and their upcoming concerts, with original writing about the composers, works and artists involved. It is a guide, not a box office. We do not sell tickets; ticket links take you to the orchestra or its ticketing partner, whose own terms apply.

Accuracy of listings

Concert details come from each orchestra's published season and are updated regularly, but programs, dates, times, venues and artists change. Always confirm with the orchestra before you travel or buy. We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or errors in an orchestra's own information.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts by automated means or for others.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the site, for example by spamming, scraping, or attempting to gain access to other accounts or systems.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a person looking for music, or as an orchestra checking its listings. Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish our listings or writing without permission; do not interfere with the site's operation; do not misrepresent yourself or an orchestra.

Our content

The biographies, program notes, guides and glossary on OrchestraFinder are our own original writing and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with a link back. Orchestra names, logos and concert titles belong to the orchestras. Factual identity data about works and people is drawn from open sources such as Open Opus, MusicBrainz and Wikidata, under their respective licenses.

Notifications and email

If you follow something, we will notify you on the site and, unless you turn it off, by email. We try to send only what you asked for and to send it promptly, but delivery is not guaranteed and a missed alert is not a reason to hold us responsible for a missed concert.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every listing is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrchestraFinder is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including costs of tickets, travel or accommodation.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. We will change the date above; material changes will be noted on your account page if you have one. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OrchestraFinder operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to info@orchestrafinder.com.
